North County Aquatics formed in 1997 when the Paso Robles Swim
Club combined with the Atascadero Swim Club to create a more
competitive U.S. and Southern California Swimming team. During the
past few years the program has expanded to include more
opportunities in the sport and fitness of swimming for North San
Luis Obispo County communities. Today NCA boasts a national level
swim team while continuing to offer recreational activities such as
adult lap swimming, seasonal high school conditioning, swimming
lessons and a summer league recreational team.
NCA currently swims in
the Paso Robles Municipal Pool. North County Aquatics, a non-profit
club, is run by its elected Board of Directors which meets on the
second Monday of each month at 5:15 pm. All members are welcome to
attend meetings and encouraged to be involved in team activities
and fundraisers.
