GOLD GROUP

 

The Gold Group is our last group that a swimmer has to refine their technique and endurance before entering our Senior/Pre-Senior group. This group is offered five days a week with 1 ½ to 2 hour workouts each day: plus dry Land Training is offered prior to a few practices. The Gold Group will work on stroke advancement, combined with challenging workouts. 
 
Swimmers who are 16 years and older with advanced stoke mechanics, may advance to the Pre- Senior Group.
