PRE-SENIOR/SENIOR Group
Our highest level swimmers will swim in this group. These swimmers are offered 10 practices a week with some of the workouts being done out of the water (dry land training). The minimum entry into this group is the ability to accomplish:
10 X 100 Freestyle on the 1:30
10 X 100 I.M. on the 1:45
This group is where our returning college swimmers train and our current swimmers with future college goals swim.
